Agricultural belts and chains

Belts

Agricultural belts can be grouped into a separate set of drive elements. In particular, we include variator, wedge and multiple belts.

The agricultural machines, and therefore the belts, are more exposed to temperatures, dust, mud, impact loads, etc. Thanks to these special conditions, when using agricultural belts, agricultural belts have different characteristics compared to conventional belts (stiffer fiber reinforcement, more durable material on the surface etc.) and can be made from special materials.

Agricultural belts may also have special dimensions. Thus, agricultural belts are not commonly labeled, such as A13-1320 Li, but have their own OEM manufacturer's own OEM code. If you do not know this code, it is necessary to describe the machine's belt, the exact location of the belt and the belt profile, or the length.

Roller chains

Operating conditions in agriculture are very demanding for machine maintenance and, consequently, for chains. Therefore, agrarian chains are produced taking into account the dusty environment, irregular lubrication, irregular and considerable shock loads, etc. As with other chains, even in the case of agricultural, it is possible to offer a special treatment according to customer requirements - welding different carriers, using stainless steel.

High resistance chains against dynamic strain and abrasion are then used in various types of chain conveyors - for potatoes, apples, etc., in harvesters, for example on corn or sunflower, on straw binders or combine harvesters, picking, sorting and spreading machines, etc.

Chain links

The chain links are formed by interconnected cells. Such chains are also used in agriculture and breeding.
