Necessary components of chain gear are sprockets. Therefore, it is important to choose not only the type and material of the chain, but also the sprocket or disk. By default, chain wheels are supplied for chains according to the European Standard (08 B-1, 16 B-2, ...) and for chains according to the American Standard (06 A-1, 12 A-3, ...).

The sprockets can be supplied with standard or non-hubed (chain discs) or tapered bushings (Taper Bush).

Sprockets, or discs, are normally produced on CNC machines, milling or, in the case of cast-iron wheels, casting into molds. It is also possible to provide chain wheels according to the customer's drawings.
